About Future Vintage.
This unique night combines the the core elements of the SUB_Sessions Series with a rotating focus on Fashion, Music, Art and the celebration of creativity. It's focus shifts to keep you guessing with fashion shows that are just as much performance art, music that you've never knew you liked, and unique artist openings that make you think.
Though all the elements are there this unique night shifts its focus tri-monthly from art opening to fashion show to unique music experience. Hybrids may emerge...but that’s what is truly amazing about SF...freestyle elements are good together and just as sexy alone. This sub_session event delves past the surface of just one of these to to unveil the personalities flowing forth through the collaboration of these mediums.
denamarie (www.denamarie.org) After completing her marketing studies at Columbia College Chicago, Dena moved to San Francisco in hopes of finding a creative community whose members think about others' success as much as they do their own. She has, after working at The Art Institute of California-SF for 6 years, not only found that community, but has been fortunate enough to create an environment where she can combine her interest in the fashion industry with her marketing experience via the shows and events she produces.
Celebrating these featured student designers for their beauty, creativity, drive and willingness to give more than is ever asked of them for the sake of excellence, Dena Marie can be that bridge from school to the real world of fashion and ultimately increased marketability.
